| Because I believe that a person who enters therapy is seeking serenity in their life, I provide holistic treatment that focuses on achieving wholeness. People do not struggle in isolation nor do they recover in isolation. Your mental health affects your entire well being. Your health, your relationships, your work, your education, as well as your self-esteem and your confidence suffer when you are suffering. I use a systems approach that allows a person to reflect on their relationships for the purpose of helping them make healthy conscious choice in their life. These healthy choices will allow for better, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships. I use a systemic treatment along with strategic techniques, developmental theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy to guide patients toward self-awareness, self-enhancement, and self-fulfillment. I view the therapeutic relationship as an essential part of treatment.
